How ordering works

From measurements to a finished kitchen, three steps. Most customers are somewhere between step one and step two for about a week, then it moves fast.

1

Send your layout

Rough measurements are enough — a phone photo of a sketch works. Or book a call and we’ll walk the room with you.

2

Get your design & price

Within 72 hours you get a 3D rendering and an itemized cabinet list. Revise it as many times as you want; nothing is charged.

Receive & assemble

Approve the list and it converts to a cart in one click. Cabinets ship flat in 3–7 business days with curbside delivery, then assembly is about twenty minutes per cabinet with just a screwdriver.

Before you order, it helps to have three things: a rough floor plan with wall lengths, photos of where the plumbing and gas come in, and a note of any window or radiator that limits cabinet height.

Ready to assemble, pre-assembled, or samples first?

Not sure which? Two questions usually settle it.

Is your timeline under two weeks? If yes, look at pre-assembled — the extra cost buys back a week of shipping and a weekend of building.

Have you seen the finish in person? If not, order the sample first; a sample door beats a $2,000 regret.

Shipping, delivery and what to expect

Where we ship

All 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Free shipping on orders of $2,500 or more; below that, shipping is calculated by weight and shown in your cart before you pay.

How long it takes

Ready-to-assemble ships in 3–7 business days. Pre-assembled takes 8–12 business days because the boxes are built before they leave. Transit adds two to five days depending on distance.

How it arrives

Most kitchen orders go by freight truck, curbside (orders up to 150 lb ship by parcel). The driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway — carrying boxes inside is not part of the service, so plan for a second pair of hands. Flat-packed boxes are far easier to move than assembled cabinets, which is one more reason RTA suits a walk-up or a tight hallway.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery for visible damage, or 14 days for concealed damage or missing parts. We send the replacement part, not a whole new cabinet; replacements usually ship within 7–10 business days.

What does "ready to assemble" actually mean?

Your cabinets ship flat, with every panel pre-drilled, labeled and packed with the hardware it needs. You put each box together with a screwdriver — no cutting, no measuring, no glue. The finished cabinet is identical to our pre-assembled line; it just spent its shipping time as a flat box instead of a built one.

How long does one cabinet take?

About twenty minutes with a screwdriver and a level — sides and back first, then the drawers, doors and hinges. Base cabinets run a few minutes longer than wall cabinets.

What tools do I need?

Just a Phillips screwdriver and a level. Every panel is pre-drilled and the cam locks and dowels do the rest — no glue, no clamps, no saw.

What exactly is a "10×10 kitchen"?

It’s the industry-standard reference layout: two adjacent walls, 10 feet each (20 linear feet in total). Our Basic Kitchen bundle prices it with a fixed list of 9 cabinets, 4 wall and 5 base, so our number and a big-box number mean the same thing. The bundle is cabinets only: filler strips, end panels and toe kick are extra. Add them from the collection’s Trim & Fillers section, or ask us for a quote.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

Photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery for visible damage, or 14 days for concealed damage or missing parts. We send the replacement part, not a whole new cabinet; replacements usually ship within 7–10 business days.

Can I get these same cabinets pre-assembled?

Yes — every collection on this page is also available pre-assembled, built and ready to install. It ships in 8–12 business days instead of 3–7, and costs more because the labor happens in our shop instead of your kitchen.

Do RTA cabinets feel cheaper than assembled ones?

No — once built, an RTA cabinet is the identical box, door and hardware as our pre-assembled line. The only difference is who spent twenty minutes with a screwdriver.

How is my order delivered?

Most kitchen orders go by freight truck, curbside. The driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway; carrying boxes inside isn’t part of the service, so plan for a second pair of hands. Smaller orders, up to 150 lb, ship by parcel to your door.
