Warranty

1. Coverage & duration

Every Cabford cabinet is covered by a 5-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use.

If a covered defect is found, we will repair or replace the affected part at our discretion. Replacement or repair of defective parts is the sole remedy under this warranty. Replacement parts may vary slightly in color or finish.

2. What’s not covered

• Normal wear after installation, such as scratches, dents, or fading.
• Damage from improper assembly, installation, or storage.
• Misuse, accidents, or negligence.
• Damage from environmental exposure, such as excess moisture, heat, or direct sunlight.
• Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
• Damage from cleaning chemicals or improper maintenance.
• Slight variation in color, wood-grain pattern, and texture between production batches — and gradual color changes from light exposure over time — are normal, not defects.

3. Labor & installation

This warranty covers the repair or replacement of the affected part itself. It does not cover labor, installation, removal, or shipping costs. We are not responsible for installation-related issues or work performed by outside contractors.

4. Transferability

This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.

5. How to file a warranty claim

To file a warranty claim, contact us with your proof of purchase, photos of the affected item, and a description of the issue. This warranty is provided by Arcaya Inc., 1915 Democracy Pt, 2nd Fl, Ste 240, Colorado Springs, CO 80908.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Cabford Cabinetry is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from a covered defect, including project delays, labor costs, or property damage.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
