How ordering works

From measurements to a finished kitchen, three steps. Most customers are somewhere between step one and step two for about a week, then it moves fast.

1

Send your layout

Rough measurements are enough — a phone photo of a sketch works. Or book a call and we’ll walk the room with you.

2

Get your design & price

Within 72 hours you get a 3D rendering and an itemized cabinet list. Revise it as many times as you want; nothing is charged.

Receive & install

Approve the list and it converts to a cart in one click. Cabinets arrive fully built in 8–12 business days with curbside delivery — carry them in, set them in place, and install. No assembly required.

Before you order, it helps to have three things: a rough floor plan with wall lengths, photos of where the plumbing and gas come in, and a note of any window or radiator that limits cabinet height.

Ready to assemble, pre-assembled, or samples first?

Same cabinets, same plywood construction, same warranty. The only real difference is who puts them together — and how sure you are about the color.

Not sure which? Two questions usually settle it.

Is your timeline under two weeks? If yes, look at pre-assembled — the extra cost buys back a week of shipping and a weekend of building.

Have you seen the finish in person? If not, order the sample first; a sample door beats a $2,000 regret.

Shipping, delivery and what to expect

Where we ship

All 48 contiguous states and Washington, DC. Free shipping on orders of $2,500 or more; below that, shipping is calculated by weight and shown in your cart before you pay.

How long it takes

Ready-to-assemble ships in 3–7 business days. Pre-assembled takes 8–12 business days because the boxes are built before they leave. Transit adds two to five days depending on distance.

How it arrives

Most kitchen orders go by freight truck, curbside (orders up to 150 lb ship by parcel). The driver brings the pallet to the end of your driveway — carrying boxes inside is not part of the service. Assembled cabinets arrive as full-size boxes, so plan a clear path to the kitchen and a second pair of hands.

If something arrives damaged

Photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery for visible damage, or 14 days for concealed damage or missing parts. We send the replacement part, not a whole new cabinet; replacements usually ship within 7–10 business days.

Guides that help you plan

What does "pre-assembled" actually mean?

Every cabinet arrives fully built in our shop — box, doors, drawers and hardware already on and adjusted. You take it out of the box, set it in place, and install it. No cam locks, no screwdriver time.

Are these the same cabinets as your RTA line?

Identical. Same 3/4" plywood construction, same doors, same hinges and slides, same warranty. The only difference is who does the assembly — our shop instead of your kitchen — which is why pre-assembled costs more and ships a few days slower.

Do I need any tools?

Not for assembly — there is none. For installation you’ll need the usual: a level, a drill for securing cabinets to the wall, and shims. Any installer or handy homeowner can handle it.

What exactly is a "10×10 kitchen"?

It’s the industry-standard reference layout: two adjacent walls, 10 feet each (20 linear feet in total). Our Basic Kitchen bundle prices it with a fixed list of 9 cabinets, 4 wall and 5 base, so our number and a big-box number mean the same thing. The bundle is cabinets only: filler strips, end panels and toe kick are extra. Add them from the collection’s Trim & Fillers section, or ask us for a quote.

What if a part is missing or damaged?

Photograph it and contact us within 7 days of delivery for visible damage, or 14 days for concealed damage or missing parts. We send the replacement part, not a whole new cabinet; replacements usually ship within 7–10 business days.

Can I get these same cabinets ready-to-assemble instead?

Yes — every collection on this page is also available RTA (flat-packed, you assemble). It ships faster (3–7 business days) and costs less because the assembly happens in your kitchen instead of our shop.

Why does pre-assembled cost more than RTA?

You’re paying for shop labor and bulkier freight. The cabinet itself is identical — if the budget matters more than the afternoon, RTA gets you the same kitchen for less.

How is my order delivered?

Most kitchen orders go by freight truck, curbside. Assembled cabinets ship as full-size boxes on a pallet, so plan a clear path indoors and a second pair of hands. Carrying boxes inside isn’t part of the service. Smaller orders, up to 150 lb, ship by parcel to your door.
