Shipping & Delivery Policy

Every order ships from Houston, Texas. Here’s what to expect, start to finish.

1. Processing & shipping times

Ready-to-Assemble (RTA) 3–7 business days

Factory-Assembled 8–12 business days

Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Ordering both? Your whole order ships together, timed to whichever item takes longer. Door samples ship separately by parcel, the same day if ordered before 3pm ET.

Shipping times are estimates. We aren’t responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as weather or carrier delays.

2. Shipping cost

Shipping is based on the total shipping weight of your order. Your exact cost is shown in your cart and at checkout before you pay.

$2,500 or more in products, after discounts and before tax (assembly fees don’t count toward it)

Up to 22 lb: $6 covers the first 2 lb, then $0.50 for each additional pound. Factory-assembled cabinets ship in larger boxes than ready-to-assemble cabinets, so they cost more to ship.

3. Delivery method

Orders over 150 lb travel by freight truck and arrive via curbside delivery with a liftgate — lowered to your curb or driveway, not carried inside. The carrier will call you to schedule a delivery day.

Orders up to 150 lb, including door samples, ship by parcel carrier to your door.

Plan to have help on hand to bring boxes inside; cabinets are heavy.

Please make sure your delivery location is accessible for a large delivery truck.

Inspect the outer packaging when it arrives. If you notice visible damage, note it before you accept delivery and contact us right away.

4. Delivery area

We deliver to the 48 contiguous US states and Washington, DC. We currently don’t ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico or APO/FPO addresses.

5. Missed deliveries

If a scheduled delivery can’t be completed because no one is available to receive it or the address is incorrect, the carrier may charge a redelivery or storage fee. These fees are passed on to you at the carrier’s actual cost, and we’ll let you know before charging them.

6. Inspecting your delivery & damage claims

Damage claims: 7 days for visible damage, 14 days for concealed damage. Inspect your order and contact us — if something’s wrong, we’ll make it right.
