We strongly recommend ordering a sample door before purchasing cabinets, since color and finish can be difficult to judge from photos or digital renderings alone. If you order without a sample first and are not satisfied once your cabinets arrive, our standard return and restocking terms will apply — see our Returns Policy.

We work hard to ensure product descriptions, images, and prices are accurate, but errors can occur. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to refuse or cancel any order affected by a pricing or listing error, whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your payment method has already been charged, we will issue a full refund.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order we believe, in our sole discretion, may be fraudulent.

If a technical error on this site, or a change in law or regulation, prevents us from fulfilling an order, we may cancel or suspend that order without liability.

Promotional codes are subject to the terms stated on the applicable promotion page. If an incorrect or invalid promotional code is used, we’ll contact you to correct it before your order is completed.

We reserve the right to change the prices of products offered on this site at any time.

We accept the payment methods presented at checkout, which may include major credit cards and, where offered, financing through Affirm or Klarna. Financing is provided by third-party providers and is subject to their own terms and approval.

Shipping and delivery fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

Sales tax will be charged where applicable, based on your shipping address and applicable law.

You may be responsible for any fees or costs we incur as a result of a returned payment, failed charge, or chargeback.

Our free 3D design service does not obligate you to make a purchase. Final pricing is confirmed at checkout.

You are responsible for the accuracy of any measurements, descriptions, or other information you provide for your design. We are not liable for issues arising from inaccurate information you provided.

Transactional communications related to your order or design request — such as order confirmations, shipping updates, and service announcements — are part of the service and cannot be opted out of. This is separate from marketing emails, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.

All content on this site — including text, images, logos, and design — is owned by Cabford Cabinetry or used with permission, and may not be copied, reproduced, or used commercially without our written consent.

If you believe content on this site infringes your copyright, please contact us with: (1) a signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; (2) a description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed; (3) the location of the material you claim is infringing; (4) your contact information; and (5) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, made under penalty of perjury.

This website is provided on an “as is” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, and we do not guarantee the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the extent permitted by law, Cabford Cabinetry is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your purchase.

Our total liability arising from your order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Cabford Cabinetry harmless from any claim or expense, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from your violation of these terms or your misuse of this site.

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, changes in law or regulation, civil unrest, war, labor strikes, or widespread shortages of materials.

If such an event continues for more than 3 months, you may cancel the undelivered portion of your order and receive a refund for that portion, excluding shipping costs.

Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of this site will be resolved through binding individual arbitration, rather than in court, except where prohibited by law.

You and Cabford Cabinetry each waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by writing to Arcaya Inc., 1915 Democracy Pt, 2nd Fl, Ste 240, Colorado Springs, CO 80908, or emailing [email protected], within 30 days of first accepting these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

These terms are the entire agreement between you and Cabford Cabinetry regarding your use of this site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of that provision. If any provision is found invalid, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms at any time. These terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights.

If you access this site from outside the United States, you are responsible for complying with applicable local laws.
